Ruth Buzzi's Big Jaw

Ruth Buzzi most famously played Gladys Ormphby, the obnoxious hair-netted lady who would rant on and on with unfunny comments during Dean Martin Roasts, then end her bit by hitting somebody with her purse over and over until the other comedians tired of it and figured out a way to get her offstage without slugging her. I imagine most Dean Martin Roasts began with a pre-roast cigarette followed by a briefing to everyone but Ruth detailing how to ultimately get her off the stage. I'm sure Ms Buzzi is a lovely lady but whenever she hits the stage I hit the bathroom.
